"Selsia Vehicle Accident Centres offers a different approach to affinity networks" commented Selsia Director, Nev Dickson. "We are starting to see a proliferation of consolidated groups around the UK but as far as we can see, none of them offers such a self contained and self sufficient solution for repairers like we do at Selsia. If I was to highlight how Selsia is different from other groups in the UK, I would make the following observations:
- Selsia is not owned by repairers
- We are restricting to 70 UK locations which allows our members to cover a larger geographical area
- We have a Selsia CV network so we can handle every type of vehicle on the road and from all types and size of customer
- We have a two pronged approach to business development for our members: we provide marketing support at local level to generate business, including retail, as well as nationally marketing the Selsia brand to all market sectors
- We visit our members and help them face to face with their marketing – we don’t just ask them to download templates from a web site. Every business is different, you can’t have a one size fits all approach
- We are a national co-branded affinity group which supports our members’ own marketing activities – we see no reason why we have to take over the identity of our members to achieve what we want to achieve
- We provide training services at our own car manufacturer and IMI approved Technology Centre with state of the art conferencing facilities – no one else offers this
- We offer our customers 24/7 incident management, call handling and work deployment services and central invoicing if required
- We provide real time management information to meet the requirements of Selsia’s members’ as well as our customers
Our Selsia Club forum is an excellent platform for the exchange of knowledge and best practice sharing between our UK members as well as our affiliated European partners.
