For Selsia Vehicle Accident Centres to offer a uniform standard of service right across the UK, we all have to be delivering a high and consistent level of work and service. As you know, every customer has their own set of requirements and it is for this reason we prepare service level agreements. Where no customer service level exists, can we please ask you to follow the service levels on the Selsia Service Level Agreement which can be found in the first hyperlink below. Labour rates and pricing is shown in the files directly below the Selsia SLA.
