Having a vehicle off the road can cost your company hundreds of pounds a day. So from the moment we are notified about an accident in your fleet, our Operations team and network of over 190 car, van, commercial vehicle and mobile services repairers will be working diligently on getting your accident damaged vehicles repaired and back on the road in the shortest possible time.

It couldn’t be easier or quicker to start working with Selsia:

Step 1:
Meet with our fleet team to discuss your needs. We’ll then agree a service level which we will implement across the nation for you including any particular requirements for your fleet, insurer’s details, repair rates and operational contacts.

Step 2:
We’ll set your fleet up on our Selsia Central online repair management portal which you can use to view estimates and images, authorise repairs and track repair progress.

You’re all done!

Now call our Accident Helpline 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to report accidents to cars, vans trucks or specialist bodied vehicles. You can even put them on the Selsia Central system yourself!

We’ll manage all of your incidents from FNOL to final invoice and pass no management charges onto you for this. You’ll soon notice the costs of accidents in your fleet, including loss of use, repairs and administration begin to fall.
