What our repairers receive

Being part of the Selsia Network

As work providers demand cost effective accident repair solutions and look to reduce the number of touch points in their supply chains, a centrally managed bodyshop network is very attractive. Being part of a national group of car, van and HGV repairers and sharing best practice is becoming important for professional, forward thinking repairers who no longer wish to be isolated from nationally negotiated opportunities and best practice standards.

Approved Selsia repairers receive:

A designated operating area

When you join the Selsia approved network, you will be set up on our online repair management portal, Selsia Central with a designated area.  When our clients report accidents to our call centre, instructions and rates documents will be automatically sent directly to you should they occur in your operating area. If you are CAPS connected, instructions will be sent directly into your bodyshop management system. Likewise, when you update your system, Selsia Central will be automatically updated as well.

Year round sales support and access to nationally negotiated work contracts

Selsia is continually developing business with all types of vehicle operators. You will always be the nominated repairer in your area for accident repair service contracts which Selsia has negotiated. The Selsia team is also available to support you with your own sales leads as being part of a national repairer network is a very strong selling proposition for your business.

Selsia web portal presence

As an approved Selsia repairer, you will be set up on this web site with a dedicated web page which can be reached through our latest geocode search facility. This page will include a Google map locator, contact details, a link to your own web site and any additional services you offer and approvals which you have achieved.

National marketing support

Selsia is constantly marketing the network to a wide variety of vehicle operators including fleets, fleet and claims management, insurance and leasing companies. Our regular marketing activity includes email marketing campaigns, digital marketing, web site news postings, social media platforms posts, industry partner initiatives, exhibition presence, display advertising and press relations activities. Needless to say, the success of our marketing will have a direct benefit for our approved Selsia repairers.

Selsia approved supplier support

As the UK’s leading centrally managed accident repair network, Selsia has close working relationships with our approved industry suppliers, including BASF, AkzoNobel and TIDAL Distribution. We believe in helping the companies which help us and you’ll find many commercial benefits when you work with our approved partners.
