Sprinter shotSelsia’ unique online van estimating system will be available to view at the leading fleet shows this Autumn.

Over 60% of accident and bodywork damage repairs referred through Selsia are commercial fleet vans and is a reflection of both the vastly increasing growth of the home delivery sector and the growing van market. Online shopping is now 12% up on 2013 with home deliveries from department stores being the fastest growing sector and fast becoming shoppers’ preferred option.
In response to this trend, Selsia’s unique van estimating service is now available and providing substantial benefits to Selsia’s fleet clients. Fleets now have access to a trustworthy and easy to use service, featuring standard times and prices to repair and replace van parts. All of Selsia’s approved van repairers automatically access the service on receipt of an instruction where they then generate an estimate, upload images and await an authorisation from Selsia’s fleet client. Additionally, this flexible service can be adapted for the individual requirements of each of Selsia’s fleet clients.
The main benefits for van fleet operators is standardised and reduced repair costs as well as the ability for the client to remove or amend repair processes with immediate transmission to the approved Selsia repairer. Fleet managers can quickly weigh up the economic costs between repairing and replacing parts. Additionally, the process of managing accidents is improved with reduced vehicle loss of use.
