Accident reporting app

Support at your fingertips

Our Accident Reporting by Selsia app makes it quicker for fleet clients’ drivers to report vehicle accidents.

Available as a free download for Apple phones on the App Store or for Android in Google Play, the app allows car, van and HGV drivers whose companies have already registered with Selsia to contact the Selsia call centre to report an accident 24 hours a day. If drivers are not sure of their location and if they need to be recovered, by tapping in the app, their current location will be shown on the map and the nearest address with post code clearly displayed. Once accident repairs have commenced at one of Selsia’s approved accident repair centres, drivers can continue to use the app to find out about repair progress from Selsia’s Operations Team.

We have also reduced costs for our clients and repairers by switching to our 0333 444 5500 number where calls will be included in landline or mobile phone tariffs which offer free calls to landlines at certain times of day, or has inclusive calls or bundled minutes that cover calls to landline numbers.

Our Accident Reporting by Selsia app makes it easier and less stressful for drivers to report accidents following a road traffic incident. Considering most people carry a mobile phone with them, our app is a much quicker and more efficient way of notifying us of an accident and allows us to get every type and size of damaged vehicle into our approved network, repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible.
