New look and features for Selsia Central

Selsia has enhanced Selsia Central, the company’s CAPS Connected repair management portal with a new appearance and a host of exciting user friendly features, with AI being used in its development.

Selsia Central connects all stakeholders in the repair process, including fleet clients, fleet and claims companies, insurers, repairers and the Selsia Operations team. All stakeholders will now see a collapsible side menu, day and night modes, experience faster operation, see clearer auto sizing screens and improved image viewing of damaged vehicles.

Considering the quantity of new vehicle makes and models being launched onto the market, the process of adding these to the portal has been streamlined and can now be added very quickly. The new upgrade will also see great tablet compatibility and adaption for mobile phone usage.

Selsia’s clients will also see a new performance dashboard, which can be date ranged, showing active cases, awaiting estimates, awaiting authority, in progress and VOR. KPI metrics now include case pipeline, new cases over time, average completion times, cases by repairer, cases by depot and authorised cost trend. The portal’s cyber security has also been enhanced even further.
